Featured framework
A framework for building knowledge systems that are both rigorous and sustainable.
MAGPIES is a personal knowledge architecture framework — a way of capturing, organising, and using information that works with how attention and memory actually function. Built from years of practice in clinical settings, systems design, and creative work.
Coming soonThe thinking realm
This is where the infrastructure lives. Personal knowledge architecture, AI team workflows, ICOR cycle design, tools that reduce friction rather than add it. The goal is always systems that work with the brain you actually have — not the idealised version.
The work here is practical. What gets captured. Where it goes. How it gets found again. How a collection of notes becomes a body of knowledge rather than a graveyard of good intentions. These are solvable problems, and they have been solved — iteratively, across years of real use.
The MAGPIES Method is the framework that emerged from this. The AI team workflows are the operational layer. The Obsidian vault is the memory. All of it is in service of the same thing: less friction, more flow.
